Notice to Nominate
The Camden Special Services District (CSSD) is accepting nominations to fill three (3) vacancies on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of the CSSD is comprised of members of the Camden Business Improvement District. Each member shall be entitled to one vote for nomination of persons to the Board of Directors per Assessed Property they own, provided however the representative cannot self-nominate. Members must make nominations to the Executive Director or Board Nomination Committee in writing, either by electronic communication or standard mail, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the next meeting of the Board of Directors, taking place April 3rd, 2024.
