The Camden Special Services District manages the Business Improvement District, driving commercial corridor revitalization and supporting business growth throughout Downtown Camden. Since 2005, we have delivered strategic investments through landscaping, clean and safe services, small business support, and public events. Our Yellowjacket Ambassadors maintain clean, safe, and welcoming commercial spaces while our team works directly with entrepreneurs and local leaders to strengthen Camden’s downtown economy.
Our Ambassadors deliver reliable hospitality by creating and maintaining friendly and inviting public spaces where people feel welcomed and comfortable.
The Camden Special Services District installs, manages, and maintains landscaping installations throughout the Waterfront and Downtown areas.
The CSSD partners with public and private agencies to provide concert and event assistance, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, supervision, traffic, and parking control.
Camden Business Improvement District is a public/private partnership providing services to the designated district in the City of Camden.
Requests for proposals (RFP’s) are on an as needed basis. They are advertised in the Online Cherry Hill Courier Post Newspaper, which is the official newspaper of the City, and on the Public Noticing section of this website. In the event of a discrepancy between anything on this website and what has been published in the Courier Post, the Courier Post publication shall prevail.
