(NHSC) was established in 1988 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) certified, community-based housing development corporation (CHDC). Under its “New 21st Century Direction,” NHSC, Inc. provides home ownership Edication & Counseling services to low, moderate (LMI), and median-income, first time home buyers in Camden City, Tri-County, and LMI Census Tracts throughout NJ.
