Requests for proposals (RFP’s) are on an as needed basis. They are advertised in the South Jersey Courier Post Newspaper, which is the official newspaper of the City. In the event of a discrepancy between anything on this website and what has been published in the Courier Post, the Courier Post publication shall prevail.
